Why should I pre-qualify?
Pre-qualifying will give you a good ballpark estimate of how much you’ll likely be approved to borrow so there are less surprises when you decide to apply for a loan. Plus, as part of the pre-qualification process, you'll get access to a Lending Specialist who can answer any other home loan questions you have.
How pre-qualification works.
Think of pre-qualification as the first step in the home loan application process.
- Get pre-qualified. It takes less than 10 minutes to receive a personalised lending summary. You don’t need any paperwork and there is no credit check involved so it won’t impact your credit score.
- Apply online with confidence. Once you’ve pre-qualified, you can immediately begin the application process online or wait for a follow-up call from a Lending Specialist (usually 2 business days) to chat through your options.
- Receive pre-approval. If your application ticks all the boxes, you'll receive conditional pre-approval so you can make an offer on a place that's caught your eye.

- Receive a regular income

- Build cost
- Value of the property
- Your contribution (to cover deposit and buying costs).
- Details of your:
- Income
- Monthly living expenses
- Property assets
- Existing loans
